Unwanted items



Return policy for undesired disposable electronic cigarettes at Vape Supplier UK

Due to health and hygiene concerns, only unopened disposables in their original packaging may be returned after 7 (UK) or 14 (Europe) days from the order date.


You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Vape Supplier UK is not liable for any items you send that are lost in transit. Please be aware that we will charge you for the full cost of the original shipping.

Faulty products


You will be required to submit photographic proof of the damaged item, along with any accompanying original packing. We can arrange a replacement if you unpack your merchandise.

Please get in touch with us if your order hasn't arrived after seven days (UK) or fifteen working days (EU / international shipments) so we can check with the courier and take care of the situation.
