Policy on refunds Returns:


You have the option to return any online purchases you've made within 14 days of receiving them, in addition to our current warranties and product guarantees. You have 14 days from the time you inform us that you want to return an item to return it, and our returns team will process your refund after they have received the returned items. Unfortunately, in these situations, we do not pay for shipping.

Please be aware that items that have been used and/or opened may not be eligible for a complete refund; instead, you may only be awarded a partial refund. The state of the gadget will determine how much of a return you receive.

Due to hygiene concerns, consumable items like as liquids, coils, and some "disposable" clearomisers cannot be returned after being opened. See the product guarantees and warranties for more details.

The original payment method used to buy the product will be utilised for all refunds.


Product guarantees and warranties:


Within 14 days after the purchase date, you may return any item for a full refund.


The following conditions are in effect:


A valid receipt serving as proof of purchase is required.

The item must be brand-new, unused, and still sealed in its original packing. The original payment method used to buy the products will be used for all refunds. Following that, any loyalty points obtained through purchases will be taken away.

Additionally, we provide a 7-day Goodwill returns policy on kits (i.e., batteries/mods and tanks offered as a "kit") purchased in-store. The following conditions are in effect:

A valid receipt serving as proof of purchase is required.

The device must not have been tampered with in any way, and the packaging must not be harmed. The kit must also come with its original packing, contents, charging cables, and educational materials. The item must be in good condition even though it may have been used previously.

The original payment method used to buy the products will be used for all refunds. Following that, any loyalty points obtained through purchases will be taken away.


Disposables:


If a consumer uses a throwaway product right away after buying it and discovers a problem, there are no refunds or exchanges available. Refunds are only possible when there is a manufacturing defect. The product must be returned in its original, unused, and sealed packaging condition.
